A simple way to talk to the committee
Bring a plan, not a maybe:
- — Event date and location (we have to be on the route)
- — Headcount guess, even a rough one
- — Whether you have a popcorn machine, or want ready-to-sell tubs
- — Who is allowed to pay (e-Transfer or cheque in the group’s name)
- — What happens to leftovers (next game, next popcorn Friday)
